摘要
选取345只6月龄、体质量(30±5)kg的滩羊(163只公羊和182只母羊),饲喂时采用颈夹方式固定羊,且对其不限定运动的情况下进行饲养,饲喂相同颗粒饲料,过渡期15 d,预试期10 d,正试期50 d。采用多元回归模型计算出每只羊的剩余采食量(residual feed intake,RFI)后,将羊分别归入高RFI组(PFI>x+0.5s)、中RFI组(x-0.5s≤RFI≤x+0.5s)和低RFI组(RFI<x-0.5S)。使用SPSS Statistics 17.0软件中的方差分析和相关性分析对相同性别的滩羊数据进行处理。结果显示:(1)低RFI组滩羊RFI和平均干物质采食量(ADMI)显著低于高RFI组和中RFI组滩羊(P<0.05);滩公羊高RFI组平均日增重(ADG)显著低于中RFI组(P<0.05),但其他各组滩羊之间差异不显著(P>0.05);高RFI组滩羊饲料转化率(FCR)显著高于中RFI组和低RFI组(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著;其余各个指标之间差异不显著。(2)滩羊初始体质量、结束体质量及中间代谢体质量以及ADMI和结束体质量及中间代谢体质量之间呈显著的强正相关(P<0.05);FCR与ADG之间有显著的强负相关(P<0.05);RFI与ADMI、FCR之间均为显著的中等正相关(P<0.05);ADMI和FCR之间没有相关性(P>0.05);RFI与其余各个指标之间相关性弱或没有相关性。结果表明,在不限制运动的情况之下了公、母滩羊低RFI组比高RFI组分别节约0.21 kg/d和0.17 kg/d,且滩羊ADMI与RFI呈中等正相关,RFI与FCR呈中等正相关,但ADMI和FCR之间呈弱相关,FCR与ADG呈强的负相关。
In the experiment,345 Tan sheep(163 rams and 182 ewes)with similar weight(30±5)kg at about 6 months old were selected.Use neck clamps to fix the sheep during feeding and raise them without restricting exercise.Feed the same pellets for 15 days in transition period,10 days in pre-test period,and 50 days in positive test period.After calculating the residual feed intake(RFI)of each sheep using the multiple regression model,the sheep were classified into the high-RFI group(PFI>x+0.5s)group(x-0.5s≤RFI≤x+0.5s)and low-RFI group(RFI<x-0.5S).Use SPSSS 17.0 software analysis of variance and correlation analysis to process the same sex data.The results show that:(1)The RFI and average dry mater intake(ADMI)of the Tan sheep in the low-RFI group were significantly lower than those in the high-RFI group and medium-RFI(P<0.05);The average daily gain(ADG)of the Tan-ram high-RFI group was significantly lower than that of the medium-RFI group(P<0.05),but the difference between the other groups of Tan sheep was not significant(P>0.05);The feed conversion ratio(FCR)of Tan sheep in the high-RFI group was significantly higher than that in the medium-RFI and low-RFI groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups;The difference between the remaining indicators is not significant.(2)Initial weight,final weight and AMBW showed a significant and strong positive correlation(P<0.05);ADMI with final weight and AMBW showed a significant and strong positive correlation(P<0.05);there is a significant and strong negative correlation between FCR and ADG(P<0.05);RFI with ADMI and FCR are both significant and moderately positive correlations(P<0.05);there is no correlation between ADMI and FCR(P>0.05);with the rest the correlation between the various indicators is weak or no correlation.Under the condition of not restricting exercise,the rams and ewes Tan sheep low-RFI group saved 0.21 kg/d and 0.17 kg/d respectively than the high-RFI group.Tan sheep ADMI and RFI are moderately positively correlated,RFI and FCR are moderately positively correlated,but ADMI and FCR are weakly correlated;FCR and ADG are strongly negatively correlated.
