摘要
目的分析对阴道炎患者使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果。方法54例阴道炎患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各27例。对照组接受单一药物治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果及医疗性指标(阴道pH值、表层细胞百分比、子宫内膜厚度)。结果实验组阴道pH值(4.00±0.31)低于常规组的(5.88±0.62),表层细胞百分比(28.67±3.27)%高于常规组的(15.11±3.33)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率96.3%高于常规组的70.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴道炎患者使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,可以提高患者的临床效果,且不会对患者的子宫内膜产生影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule on vaginitis.Methods A total of 54 patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 27 cases in each group.The conventional group received single-drug treatment,and the experimental group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and medical indicators(vaginal pH,percentage of surface cells,endometrial thickness)were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal pH value(4.00±0.31)of the experimental group was lower than(5.88±0.62)of the conventional group,and the percentage of surface cells(28.67±3.27)%was higher than(15.11±3.33)%of the conventional group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.3%in the experimental group was higher than 70.4%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis can improve the clinical effect of patients,and will not affect the endometrium of patients.
