摘要
目的观察分析西格列汀与二甲双胍两种药物联用治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取该院2020年5月-2021年5月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其均分为观察组、对照组。对照组接受基础治疗和盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上接受西格列汀治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血糖水平、治疗成效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果用药前,两组患者血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,两组血糖水平均下降,且观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.001);两组不良反应发生率均为5.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.000,P>0.05)。结论西格列汀与二甲双胍联用治疗2型糖尿病时,可有效降低患者血糖水平,并将之控制在较为合理的范围内;此外,两种药物联用时,不良反应发生率并未明显提高(相较于二甲双胍单一药物治疗),故用药安全性有所保证。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of sitagliptin and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group.The control group received basic treatment and metformin hydrochloride treatment,and the observation group received sitagliptin treatment on the basis of the control group treatment.Compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the blood sugar level,the treatment effect,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment.Results Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after medication,the blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased,and the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.001);the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 5.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.000,P>0.05).Conclusion When sitagliptin is combined with metformin to treat type 2 diabetes,it can effectively reduce the patient's blood glucose level and control it within a reasonable range;in addition,when the two drugs are used in combination,the incidence of adverse reactions has not increased significantly(compared to metformin single-drug therapy),so the safety of the medication is guaranteed.
