摘要
为了提升高浓度工业废水处理效果,提出基于两相厌氧法的高浓度工业废水处理方法。在某化工产品生产公司的废水综合排放口取得一定试验高浓度工业废水。试验中的分析项目包括污泥形态、污泥微生物量、VFA、COD、进出水pH值等。将好氧剩余污泥当做接种污泥,对其实施一周左右的曝气培养。为使污泥达到初步适应状态,加入少量废水,实施污泥接种。实施气密性试验,启动厌氧反应器处理试验废水。结果表明,试验装置可以达到良好的COD去除效果,VFA有利于COD负荷的去除,中期开始SS/VSS去除效果较好。
In order to improve the treatment effect of high concentration industrial wastewater,a high concentration industrial wastewater treatment method based on two phase anaerobic process is proposed.High concentration industrial waste water was obtained in the comprehensive waste water discharge port of a chemical product production company.The analysis items in the test include sludge morphology,sludge microbial biomass,VFA,COD,pH value of inlet and outlet water,etc.The aerobic surplus sludge was treated as inoculated sludge and aerated for about a week.In order to make the sludge reach the initial adaptation state,a small amount of waste water was added to carry out sludge inoculation.The air tightness test was taken and to start anaerobic reactor to treat test wastewater.The results show that the test device can achieve good COD removal effect,VFA is beneficial to COD load removal,and SS/VSS removal effect is better in the middle stage.
