摘要
针对塑料生产废水成分复杂、色度高等特点,采用混凝-O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)氧化联合工艺处理,工业塑料废水混凝沉淀分离后,在温度25℃、pH 7、双氧水0.6 mL/L、臭氧(O_(3))浓度17.28 mg/L条件下氧化反应30 min,出水COD_(Cr)为20.49 mg/L,满足工业塑料废水的排放要求,为塑料制造业生产废水降解提供了新的技术手段。
In response to the complex composition,high chromaticity,and high toxicity of plastic production wastewater,the combined process of coagulation and O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)catalytic oxidation is adopted.After coagulation and sedimentation separation of industrial plastic wastewater,the oxidation reaction was carried out at a temperature of 25℃,pH 7,hydrogen peroxide of 0.6 mL/L,and ozone concentration of 17.28 mg/L for 30 minutes,and the COD_(Cr)of the effluent was 20.49 mg/L,which met the discharge requirements of the industrial plastic wastewater.This study provides new technical means for the degradation of waste water in plastic manufacturing.
