摘要
风湿性心瓣膜病简称风心病,属中医学心痹范畴。全国名中医王行宽认为,其发病多与邪舍于心,扃牖畸变,阻碍心之气血运行,损及心之脏真有关;其病位在"心之扃牖";中后期风心病患者基本病机为气营两虚,痰瘀互结,水饮内停,心神不宁,搏动失序。治疗上,除常规分型论治外,主张以间者并行为基本治则,以调和营卫为基本治法,同时辅以化痰通络、温阳利水、宁心复脉等方法,注重心肝并治,创立心痹强心方为本病基本方,临床疗效明显。
Rheumatic heart valvular disease referred to as rheumatic heart disease, belongs to the category of Chinese medicine cardiac arthralgia. Wang Xingkuan, who is the national famous Chinese medicine practitioners in China,considers the most common cause of rheumatic heart disease is that the evil initially lodged in heart, and therefore malformed heart valve, blocked the circulation of Qi and blood, and damaged the essential of heart;the location of the disease is "heart valve";the mechanism in middle and late stages of rheumatic heart disease could be the dual vacuity of Qi and blood, the cluster of phlegm and static blood, internal collection of water-rheum, disquieted heart spirit, and disturbed pulsation. Regarding treatment protocol, professor Wang Xingkuan suggests that the basic principle of treatment is treating main and compicated symptoms except routine classification and treatment. The basic protocols of treatment are harmonizing Ying and Wei, and companied with eliminating phlegm and freeing channels, warming Yang and disinhibiting water, and quieting the heart and restoring the pulse etc.As well as focuing on treating heart and liver simultaneously. Professor Wang Xingkuan created a novel formula, named cardiac arthralgia with heart-strengthen formula, which showed a significant clinical effort.
