摘要
折流板的使用能提高换热器的换热效率,但弓形折流板换热器存在壳程流动死区大、压降高、换热不充分等缺点。设计出一种帘式折流板,其折流片按30°布置,利用FLUENT软件考察了不同流速下帘式与弓形折流片换热器壳程流动死区、热通量q、传热热量Q、总传热系数h的性能变化。结果表明:帘式折流片换热器较弓形折流板换热器流动死区减少18%,热通量q、传热热量Q、总传热系数h较弓形折流板提高2%~17.4%,对壳体内部对流换热起促进作用。
The use of baffles can improve the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchanger.The arcuate baffle heat exchanger has the disadvantages of large shell side flow dead zone,high pressure drop and insufficient heat exchange.A curtain baffle was designed,and the baffle was arranged at 30 degrees.The performance changes of shell side flow dead zone,heat flux,heat transfer heat and total heat transfer coefficient of curtain baffle and bow baffle heat exchanger at different flow rates were investigated by using FLUENT software.The results show that the dead zone of the curtain baffle heat exchanger is reduced by 18% coMPared with the bow baffle heat exchanger,and the heat flux,heat transfer and total heat transfer coefficient are increased by 2%~17.4% coMPared with the bow baffle heat exchanger.
