摘要
试验表明,在单弓形折流板适当部位的管桥上开适当数量的孔,可提高管壳式换热器的传热量并降低壳程压降。采用优化开孔方案,换热器传热量可增加3.16%~3.93%,壳程压降降低19.439/6~21.659/5,壳程综合性能指标αo/△P提高20.96%-25.00%。
The experiment results show that appropriate quantity and layout of drilled aperture on single segmental baffle is useful to increase heat transfer quantity and decrease pressure drop. The optimize scheme of drilled aperture, the heat transfer quantity of heat exchanger increased from 3.16%to 3.93% ,pressure drop of shell-side decreased from 19.43% to 21.65% ,and resistance integrated property of shell-side α/△P could be increased from 20. 96%to 25.00%.
