摘要
针对30401综采工作面回采期间上隅角经常出现瓦斯积聚造成瓦斯超限、上隅角抽放易造成采空区漏风发生遗煤自燃问题,结合工作面煤层地质及现场条件,提出工作面瓦斯综合治理技术。经现场应用,工作面上隅角及回风巷瓦斯浓度控制在0.5%以下,采空区未发生遗煤自燃现象,工作面日产量由原来2000 t/d提高到3000 t/d,实现工作面安全高效生产。
In view of the fact that the gas accumulation in the upper corner of the 30401 fully mechanized coal face often causes the gas to exceed the limit,and the drainage of the upper corner is easy to cause the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,combined with the coal seam geology and site conditions of the working face,the comprehensive gas control technology of working face is put forward.Through field application,the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face and the return air roadway is controlled below 0.5%,there is no spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,and the daily output of the working face is increased from 2000 t/d to 3000 t/d,thus realizing safe and efficient production of the working face.
