摘要
为解决王庄煤矿1301综采工作面在回采过程中上隅角瓦斯浓度过高、采空区瓦斯涌出量大的问题,分析瓦斯来源主要为本煤层以及覆岩层裂隙内存在的瓦斯。在1301工作面先期采取本煤层顺层钻孔抽放和隅角埋管抽放的基础上,研究采取高位裂隙带抽采技术。应用结果表明:采取高位裂隙带瓦斯抽采后,上隅角瓦斯浓度保持在0.5%以内,机道位置瓦斯浓度保持在0.8%以内,采空区瓦斯浓度保持在3%以内,抽采效果较好。
In order to solve the problem that the gas concentration in the upper corner of the 1301 fully mechanized mining face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine is too high and the gas emission from the goaf is large, it is analyzed that the gas source is mainly from the cracks in the coal seam and overlying strata. On the basis of the previous drainage of boreholes along the coal seam and buried pipe in the corner of the 1301 working face, the extraction technology of high fracture zone is studied. The application results show that after gas drainage in the high fracture zone, the gas concentration in the upper corner is less than 0.5%, the gas concentration in the machine tunnel position is less than 0.8%, and the gas concentration in the goaf is less than 3%, and the extraction effect is good.
