摘要
通过优化机械充氮气调设备工艺,减少机械充氮过程氧气浓度下降时长;研究烟叶环保化快速杀虫技术,验证低氧情况下不同二氧化碳浓度维持时长对烟草甲虫[Lasioderma serricorne(Fabricius)]的杀灭效果。结果表明,通过优化机械充氮气调设备工艺,可以减少烟叶垛位氧气浓度降至有效杀虫浓度的时间,低氧情况下利用二氧化碳可以快速杀灭烟草甲虫。基于机械充氮气调的环保化快速杀虫技术可作为烟叶虫害防治的有效手段。
By optimizing the process of mechanical nitrogen-filling adjustment equipment,the time of the oxygen concentration drops during the mechanical nitrogen filling process was reduced.The rapid insecticidal technology for environmentally friendly protection of tobacco leaves was researched and the killing effect of different carbon dioxide concentrations on tobacco beetles under hypoxic condi⁃tions was verified.The results showed that by optimizing the process of the mechanical nitrogen-filling adjustment equipment,the time for the oxygen concentration of the tobacco leaf stack to drop to the effective insecticidal concentration could be reduced,and the use of carbon dioxide could quickly kill the tobacco beetles under low oxygen conditions.Environmentally friendly rapid insecticidal tech⁃nology based on mechanical nitrogen charging could be used as an effective method for tobacco pest control.
