摘要
假设潜在市场规模在第1阶段开始前是不确定的,消费者根据两阶段的总期望效用决策第1阶段是否愿意购买产品。老顾客决策是否以旧换新/再,新顾客决策是否购新/再。文章在新品和再制造品共存与仅存在新品2种情形下,构建了以生产商利润最大化为目标,产品价格和生产量为决策变量的两阶段数学规划模型。通过逆向归纳法求解,得出最优产品定价与生产策略,运用解析方法和数值算例对决策变量和目标函数进行灵敏度分析和模型对比。主要结果如下:再制造品的引入会蚕食新品的销售,但会增加顾客购买产品的总概率;当敏感系数较大,再制造生产节约成本较大且新品创新提升水平较小时,引入再制造品能够提高生产商的利润。
This paper assumes that the potential market size is uncertain before the beginning of the first period.Consumers decide whether to be willing to buy products in the first period based on the total expected utility of two periods.Customers who bought(wanted to buy but did not buy)products in the first period are the old(new)customers in the second period.Old customers decide whether to trade old for new or remanufactured products,and new customers decide whether to buy new or remanufactured products.Under the two circumstances of coexistence of new and remanufactured products and only new products,this paper establishes a two-period mathematical programming model to maximize the profit of the manufacturer by taking product price and production as the decision variables.The optimal product pricing and production strategy are obtained through the backward induction method.Sensitivity analysis and model comparison for the decision variables and the objective function are conducted by analytical methods and numerical examples.The results show that the introduction of remanufactured products can cannibalize the demand of new products,but it will increase the total probability of customers purchasing products;when the sensitivity coefficient or the saving cost of remanufacturing production is higher,and the innovation level of new products is lower,the introduction of remanufactured products can improve the profit of the manufacturer.
