摘要
目的研究艳山姜Alpinia zerumbet(Pers.) Burtt.et Smith叶的化学成分。方法艳山姜叶95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI及HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为caryophyllene oxide(1)、α-tocopherol(2)、cassipourol(3)、2′,3′-dihydroxy propylpentadecanoate(4)、trans-cinnamic acid(5)、indole-3-aldehyde(6)、5,7-methoxyflavanone(7)、alpinetin(8)、dihydroflavokawin B(9)、2′-hydroxy-4′,6′-dimethoxychalcone(10)。结论化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Alpinia zerumbet(Pers.) Burtt.et Smith.METHODS The 95% ethyl acetate extract from the leaves of A. zerumbet was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as caryophyllene oxide(1), α-tocopherol(2), cassipourol(3), 2′,3′-dihydroxy propylpentadecanoate(4), trans-cinnamic acid(5), indole-3-aldehyde(6), 5,7-methoxyflavanone(7),alpinetin(8),dihydroflavokawin B(9), 2′-hydroxy-4′,6′-dimethoxychalcone(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
