摘要
为了研究教育投入对经济高质量发展的贡献,对20年间我国30个省际面板数据进行分析,用熵值法计算经济高质量发展评价得分,采用固定效应模型对教育投入与经济高质量发展进行回归分析,结果表明:教育投入对经济高质量发展有正向的促进作用且贡献率为19.3%。分地区进行回归分析发现:教育投入对经济发展的影响存在地区差异,东部地区作用效果明显,教育投入对经济高质量发展的贡献率达到20.5%左右,而西部地区仅为5%,其原因为东部地区的教育投入为创新活动和高科技产出提供增长动力,很好地促进了经济高质量发展;中部地区教育投入极大地促进了高技术型人才的输出和高科技产品的研发,成为经济高质量发展的重要推动力;西部地区教育投入增长潜力转化为经济增长动力的路径有待优化,因而其贡献率较低。
In order to study the contribution of education input to high-quality economic development,we analyze the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China in the past 20 years,calculate the evaluation scores of high-quality economic development by entropy method,and make a regression analysis of education input and high-quality economic development through the fixed effect model.The results show that education input has a positive promoting effect on high-quality economic development and its contribution rate is 19.3%.Then,a regional regression analysis is carried out and the results show that the influence of education input on regional economic development differs:the effect in the eastern region is much more obvious and the contribution rate there reaches almost to 20.5%while the rate in the western region is only 5%.This is because the education input in the eastern region provides impetus for the growth of innovation activities and high-tech output,which greatly promotes the high-quality development of local economy;the education input in the central region largely promotes the output of highly technical talents and the development of high-tech products,which becomes an important drive for the high-quality economic development;but the approaches for the growth potential of education input in the western region to transferring into the impetus for economic development still needs to be optimized so its contribution rate is relatively low.
