摘要
随着0-3岁托育事业蓬勃发展,越来越多的家长希望托育机构提供优质托育服务,托育师资职后培训制约着托育质量的提升。本文结合当前0-3岁托育师资职后培训情况,提出了以政府层面加大托育师资职后教育的投入与监管、引导教师建立良好的职后培训意识、构建0-3岁托育师资职后培训体系为内容的托育师资职后培训保障体系,以期对建设优质的0-3岁托育师资队伍提供一定的借鉴性依据。
With the vigorous development of 0-3-year-old childcare,more and more parents want childcare institutions to provide high-quality childcare services.The post service training of childcare teachers restricts the improvement of childcare quality.Combined with the current situation of after-service training of 0-3-year-old nursery teachers,this paper puts forward a guarantee system for after-service training of nursery teachers,which includes increasing the investment and supervision of after-service education of nursery teachers at the government level,guiding teachers to establish a good awareness of after-service training,and constructing an after-service training system for 0-3-year-old nursery teachers.Hope to provide some reference for the construction of high-quality 0-3-year-old nursery teachers.
