摘要
通过调查陕西省三个地区531名0~3岁婴幼儿家长对早教机构的需求发现,在对早教机构模式的需求方面,家长对幼儿园附设的早教班的需求最大,且希望早教机构的服务形式以亲子课程为主,收费标准能控制在每小时不超过80元,每周能进行1次不超过1小时的早教活动;在对早教机构目标的需求方面,家长希望早教机构提供的服务既能促进婴幼儿交往能力的提高,也能促进家长提高亲子沟通能力;在对早教机构师资的需求方面,家长更重视早教机构教师的工作责任心;在对早教机构的关注点方面,家长更关注早教机构的师资和教学活动组织情况。研究者据此提出相应建议。
The authors conducted a study of 531 parents'needs on early education agency for children aged 0-3 from three districts in Shaanxi Province.It was found that parents expected kindergartens to set up early education classes and adopt parent-child curriculum;the fee charged should be lower than 80 yuan per hour and each week the kindergarten should organize one class of early education activity which is no more than one hour.Parents hope the early education agency can improve children's communicative skills and parents'ability to communicate with their children.Teachers'sense of responsibility is also what parents care more about.Parents also pay attention to teachers'qualifications and their ability of organizing teaching activities.Some suggestions are provided.
