摘要
目的分析不同性别、年龄、季节小儿急性腹泻的常见病原微生物检验结果。方法收集140例急性腹泻患儿的粪便进行细菌培养和鉴定,采取酶联免疫吸附法检测病毒抗原,采取逆转录聚合酶链法检测病毒核酸,分析病原微生物的特征及之间的关联性。结果140例患儿的粪便样本中,病原微生物的检出率为60.71%,病毒占比为75.29%,主要是人杯状病毒(50.58%)和人轮状病毒(15.29%)。男、女患儿粪便样本的病原微生物检出率分别为52.94%、47.06%,性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄<1岁、1~2岁、3~5岁患儿粪便样本的病原微生物检出率分别为29.41%、54.12%、17.65%,年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在12月至2月、3月至5月、6月至8月、9月至11月,患儿粪便样本的病原微生物检出率分别为35.29%、16.47%、38.82%、9.41%,季节差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性腹泻与病毒种类、年龄、季节分布有关,与性别无关。
Objective To analyze the results of common pathogenic microorganisms in children with acute diarrhea under different sex,age and season.Methods Fecal samples from 140 children with acute diarrhea were collected for bacterial culture and identification.Viral antigens were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and viral nucleic acids were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain assay(RT-PCR),and the characteristics and correlation of pathogenic microbes were analyzed.Results In the stool samples of 140 children,the detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms was 60.71%,and the proportion of viruses was 75.29%,mainly human calicivirus(50.58%)and human rotavirus(15.29%).The detection rates of pathogenic microorganisms in feces samples of male and female children were 52.94% and 47.06%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between genders(P>0.05).The detection rates of pathogenic microorganisnxs were 29.41%,54.12% and 17.65% in stool samples of children aged less than 1,1~2 and 3~5 years,respectively,and the age difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From December to February,March to May,June to August,and September to November,the detection rates of pathogenic microorganisms in stool samples were 35.29%,16.47%,38.82%,and 9.41%,respectively,with statistically significant seasonal differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute diarrhea in children is related to virus type,age and seasonal distribution,but not gender.
