摘要
绿色创新在我国经济发展问题研究中已然成为一个热点话题,推动我国绿色创新水平的提升有利于推动生产方式在经济新常态下进行转变,从而实现经济稳定发展和提高环境质量的双赢局面。本文将根据2001—2018年我国31个省市的面板数据进行空间计量分析,构建SAR模型来研究区域经济发展对于绿色创新水平的影响。结果显示:区域经济增长对于绿色创新水平具有反向作用,绿色创新水平在31个省市间具有显著的空间相关性,人力资本水平和政府干预程度对于绿色创新水平都有显著的促进作用。文章最后,将根据以上结论提出相应的对策与建议。
Green innovation has become a hot topic in the research of China’s economic development. Promoting the level of green innovation in China is conducive to promoting the transformation of production mode under the new economic normal,so as to achieve a win-win situation of stable economic development and improving environmental quality. This paper is based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2001 to2018,constructs a SAR model to study the effects of regional economic development on the level of green innovation. The results show that: regional economic growth has an opposite impact on the level of green innovation, the level of green innovation has a significant spatial correlation among 31 provinces and cities, the level of human capital and the degree of government intervention have a significant role in promoting the level of green innovation. At the last part of this paper, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward according to the above conclusions.
