摘要
目的探讨华法林抗凝治疗中,患者的依从性与认知度、满意度及其他因素之间的关联性。方法选择本院抗凝门诊中长期服用华法林的患者进行调研,患者依从性评估采用MMAS-8量表,满意度评估采用TSQM-9评分量表,认知度评估采用认知评分表。结果患者的依从性得分与认知度得分、满意度得分呈正相关(P<0.01);患者文化程度越高,对抗凝治疗依从性越高(P<0.05);居住在城市的患者对抗凝治疗的依从性较高(P<0.01)。结论出院后,患者华法林使用的依从性仍较低,因此,需加强对患者的用药教育,从而提高抗凝治疗中的认知度和满意度,提高患者依从性。
Objective To investigate the factors that affect patients′adherence to warfarin application in anticoagulation,including patients′understanding and satisfaction with their treatments.Methods A research was conducted on patients of an anticoagulation clinic who had long-term usage of warfarin.Questionnaires were conducted,including the 8-Item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)for patients′adherence,the 9-Item Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication(TSQM-9)for patients′satisfaction,and an evaluation form designed based on guidelines and instructions of warfarin for patients′understanding.Results The patients′scores in satisfaction and understanding had positive correlations with patients′scores in adherence(P<0.01);the patients with higher degrees of education or living in urban areas tended to have higher adherence to warfarin application.Conclusion Patients′adherence to warfarin application after discharge is still low.Medication education in patients should be reinforced to increase their satisfaction and understanding,hence improving their adherence to warfarin application.
