Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Beliefs about Medicines Questionaire-Specific among patients on warfarin therapy after mechanical heart-valve replacement

摘要目的检验服药信念特异性问卷(BMQ-Specific)在我国机械瓣膜置换术后华法林抗凝患者中应用的信度和效度。方法翻译并修订BMQ-Specific,用中文版BMQ-Specific问卷对164例机械瓣膜置换术后出院患者进行电话调查,对测定结果进行信、效度分析。结果中文版BMQ-Specific问卷内容效度为0.90;问卷必要性和顾虑2个维度与总分的相关系数分别为0.75和0.82(均P<0.01);因子分析萃取了2个公因子,方差累积贡献率为61.47%。问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.77,重测信度为0.83,评定者间的一致性信度为0.93。结论中文版BMQ-Specific问卷信、效度较好,可用于机械瓣膜置换术后患者华法林服药信念的评估。 Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire-Specific （BMQ-Specific） among patients on warfarin therapy after mechanical heart-valve replacement. Methods The BMQ-Specific was translated into Chinese version and revised. Then it was used to assess 164 patients on warfarin therapy after mechanical heart valve replacement through telephone interviews and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version were analyzed, Results The content validity of the Chinese version BMQ-Specific was 0. 90; the dimension scores of specific-necessity and specific concerns were correlated with the total score（r=0. 75, 0.82, respectively, P〈0.01 for both）. Factor analysis extracted two factors, which together contributed to 61.47% of total variance. The Cronbach＇s a coefficient was 0.77, the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.83, and the inter-observer coefficient of concordance was 0.93. Conculusion The Chinese version of BMQ-Specific has satisfactory reliability and validity and can be used to assess the medication beliefs of patients on warfarin therapy after mechanical heart-valve replacement.
