摘要
目的分析北京中医药大学东方医院2021年1-4月北京中医药大学东方医院新冠抗体阳性结果的分布情况。方法回顾性分析使用化学发光法检测6566例新冠抗体标本,统计分析阳性标本时间、性别、年龄、IgG、IgM等分布特征。结果2021年1-4月新冠抗体阳性率分别为0.97%、5.65%、7.13%、23.35%;男性阳性率为52.96%,女性阳性率为47.04%;IgG单阳性率为48.03%,IgM单阳性率为10.59%,IgG和IgM双阳性率比例为41.38%。IgG单阳性标本男90例(46.15%),女105例(53.85%),共计195例;IgM单阳性标本男18例(41.86%),女25例(58.14%),共计43例;IgG和IgM双阳性标本男性为105例(62.50%)、63例(37.50%),共计168例。6~20、20~30、30~40、40~50、50~60、60~100岁年龄组新冠病毒IgG抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),6~20、20~30、30~40、40~50、50~60、60~100岁年龄组新冠病毒IgM抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),6~20、20~30、30~40、40~50、50~60、60~100岁年龄组新冠病毒IgG、IgM双阳性抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新冠病毒IgG、IgM、双阳性抗体最高阳性率均在30~40岁年龄组。结论2021年1-4月人群抗体阳性率呈现上升趋势,与接种新冠疫苗的人数逐渐增加相一致,不同性别间阳性率无差别,IgG阳性率高于IgM阳性率,单抗体阳性人群高于双抗体阳性人群。不同年龄组新冠病毒IgG、IgM、双阳性抗体阳性率均有差异,新冠病毒IgG、IgM、双阳性抗体最高阳性率均在30~40岁年龄组。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of 2019-nCov antibody positive results in Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2021.Methods Retrospective analysis 6566 cases of 2019-nCov antibody samples were detected by chemiluminescence method,the distribution characteristics of positive specimens were statistically analyzed.Results From January 2021 to April 2021,the positive rate of coronavirus antibody was 0.97%,5.65%,7.13%and 23.35%,respectively.The positive rate was 52.96%in males and 47.04%in females.The single positive rate of IgG was 48.03%,the single positive rate of IgM was 10.59%,and the double positive rate of IgG and IgM was 41.38%.There were 90(46.15%)males and 105(53.85%)females with single positive IgG samples,a total of 195 cases.There were 18(41.86%)male and 25(58.14%)female single-positive IgM specimens,a total of 43 cases.There were 105(62.50%)and 63(37.50%)males with double positive IgG and IgM specimens,168 in total.The positive rate of novel coronavirusIgG antibody in[6,20],[20,30],[30,40],[40,50],[50,60],[60,100]age group was statistically significant(P<0.05),[6,20],[20,30],[30,40],[40,50],[50,60],[60,100]age group of novel coronavirusIgM positive rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),[6,20],[20,30],[30,40],[40,50],[50,60],[60,100]age group of novel coronavirusIgG IgM double positive antibody positive rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The highest positive rate of novel coronavirusIgG IgM double positive antibody was found in the[30,40]age group.Conclusion From January 2021 to April 2021,the antibody positive rate in the population showed an upward trend,which was consistent with the gradually increasing number of people vaccinated with the new coronavirus vaccine.There was no difference in the positive rate between different genders.The IgG positive rate was higher than the IgM positive rate,and the single-antibody positive group was higher than the double-antibody positive group in different age groups The positive rate of novel coronavirus IgM double positive antibody was different,and the highest positive rate of novel coronavirus IgM double positive antibody was all in the[30,40]age group.
