摘要
以国家公布的食品安全国家标准——酒中乙醇浓度的测定(标准号:GB 5009.225—2016)中第一种测定方法——密度瓶法为测定依据,并根据RB/T 030-2020化学分析中测量不确定度评估指南以及《测量不确定度评定和表示》(GB/T 27418-2017)中关于不确定度的内容表述与规定,对市售产品白酒中酒精度(%vol)的测定过程中引入的不确定度进行分析讨论并进行量化,为日后在白酒酒精度测量过程的规范性提供参考,提高检测结果的可靠性。
The determination is based on the density flask method,the first measurement method in the national food safety standard published by the country-the determination of ethanol concentration in wine(standard number:GB 5009.225—2016),and chemical analysis is based on RB/T 030—2020 Guidelines for the Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement and the expressions and regulations on the uncertainty in the"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"(GB/T 27418—2017),the determination of the alcohol content(%vol)in the commercial product liquor.The uncertainty introduced in the process is analyzed,discussed and quantified,which provides a reference for the standardization of the liquor alcohol content measurement process in the future,and improves the reliability of the test results.
