摘要
目的了解广东省手术室保洁人员管理现状,以期为手术室保洁人员培训及管理提供借鉴依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,采用调研问卷于2020年8—9月对广东省21个地级市各级别医院进行问卷调查。包括手术室护长填写及手术室保洁人员填写内容2个部分。结果广东省384家医院,其中三级医院176所(45.83%),二级医院208所(54.17%)共1027名手术室保洁人员参与了调研。保洁人员的学历仍处于偏低水平。不同管理模式下手术室管理人员对保洁人员清洁质量满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院自主管理与第三方和医院共同管理模式优于第三方单独管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随着手术间增加及年手术量的增加,保洁人员呈递增配置。保洁人员的户口类别、学历、上岗前后的培训、带教人员类别是保洁人员手卫生指征知晓率的重要影响因素。结论目前广东省手术室保洁人员管理尚未形成统一的标准,医院与第三方共同管理模式优于其他模式,加强手术室保洁人员医院感染控制知识培训力度,重视保洁人员心身健康有利于建立健全的保洁人员保障体系。
Objective To understand the management status of cleaning staff in operating rooms in Guangdong Province,in order to provide a reference for the training and management of cleaning staff in operating rooms.Methods Convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of hospitals at all levels in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province from August to September 2020 using survey questionnaires.It included two parts:filling in by the nursing chief of the operating room and filling in by the cleaning staff of the operating room.Results There were 384 hospitals in Guangdong Province,including 176 tertiary hospitals(45.83%)and 208 secondary hospitals(54.17%).A total of 1027 operating room cleaners participated in the investigation.The educational background of cleaning staff is still at a low level.Under different management modes,operating room managers have significant differences in satisfaction with the cleaning quality of cleaning staff(P<0.05).The independent management of the hospital and the joint management of the third party and the hospital were better than the independent management of the third party,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).With the increase in operating rooms and annual surgeries,cleaning staff has increased in deployment.The type of household registration,educational background,training before and after the job,and the type of teaching personnel of the cleaning staff were important factors influencing the awareness rate of the cleaning staff's hand hygiene indications.Conclusion At present,the management of cleaning staff in operating rooms in Guangdong Province has not yet formed a unified standard.The joint management model of hospitals and third parties is better than other models.Strengthening the training of hospital infection control knowledge for cleaning staff in operating rooms and paying attention to the physical and mental health of cleaning staff is conducive to the establishment of sound cleaning personnel security system.
