摘要
目的:探讨三级管理体系防控对手术室物体表面清洁质量及空气菌落的影响。方法:以2017年7~12月的常规管理干预期间为对照组,2018年1~6月的三级管理体系防控干预期间为观察组。比较两组的墙面、地面、器械车及手术床合格率、不同时间的空气菌落数、患者满意率。结果:观察组墙面、地面、器械车及手术床合格率均高于对照组,手术期间的空气菌落数低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:三级管理体系防控对手术室物体表面清洁质量及空气菌落的影响相对更好。
Objective To investigate the influence of prevention and control of three-stage management system for the object surface cleaning quality and air colonies in operating room.Methods The conventional management and intervention during the time of July 2017 to December 2017 were chosen as the control group,prevention and control of three-stage management system during the time of January 2018 to June 2018 were chosen as the observation group.The qualified rate of wall,ground,instrument vehicle and operation bed,the number of air colonies at different time and the satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of wall,floor,instrument vehicle and operating bed of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the number of air bacterial colonies during the operation was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of patients was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The influence of prevention and control of three-stage management system for the object surface cleaning quality and air colonies in operating room is relatively better.
