摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病实施西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法将200例该院2019年2月—2021年2月收治入院的2型糖尿病患者选定为观察对象,以计算机产生随机数抽样方法进行平均分组,分配到对照组和研究组,临床分别开展二甲双胍单药治疗和二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗,比较组间治疗效果、不良反应、血糖、血清胱抑素(Cys C)、高半胱氨酸(Hcy)指标。结果研究组2型糖尿病治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗后研究组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、Cys C、Hcy指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病实施西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗效果显著,在稳定血糖、提高治疗总有效率、减轻炎症损伤、降低不良反应发生率等方面,效果均好于二甲双胍单药治疗,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of sitagliptin combined with metformin treatment for type 2 diabetes.Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital between February 2019 and February 2021 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by the computer-generated random number sampling method,clinically,metformin monotherapy and metformin combined with sitagliptin treatment were carried out to compare the treatment effects,adverse reactions,blood glucose,Cys C,and Hcy indicators between groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the FPG,PPG,HbAlc,Cys C,and Hcy indexes of the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with sitagliptin combined with metformin has a significant effect.It is better than metformin monotherapy in terms of stabilizing blood glucose,increasing the total effective rate of treatment,reducing inflammatory damage,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
