芥菜育种现状及DNA分子标记应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 芥菜(Brassica juncea L.)在中国种植广泛、历史悠久,是中国重要的特色蔬菜作物,近年来在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。中国芥菜种质资源丰富,选育的品种类型多样,包括根用芥菜、茎用芥菜、叶用芥菜以及薹用芥菜等。本综述阐述了中国芥菜的育种方法研究现状,介绍了审定、登记及保护的芥菜新品种的特征特性及来源,梳理了AFLP、SSR、RAPD等分子标记在芥菜种质资源评价、遗传多样性分析、杂交种种子纯度鉴定等方面的应用进展,以期为芥菜相关分子标记应用方面的研究提供信息。 Mustard(Brassica juncea L.) is widely cultivated in China with a long history. It is an important distinctive vegetable crop in China and has played an important role in rural revitalization in recent years. China has rich mustard germplasm resources and various types of varieties, such as root, stem, leaf and bolting, etc. This review describes the current research status of mustard breeding methods in China, and introduces the characteristics and sources of new mustard varieties which have been approved, registered and protected. At the same time, this review summarizes applications of molecular markers such as AFLP, SSR, RAPD in mustard germplasm resources evaluation, genetic diversity analysis and hybrid seed purity identification, etc., aiming to provide information for further research on mustard by using molecular markers.
