榨菜胞质雄性不育系花器形态结构及遗传变异 被引量:13

摘要 以芥菜(Brassica juncea)不育胞质×结球白菜(B. campestris ssp. pekinensis)的种间杂种(F_1)为不育胞质供体,榨菜(B. juncea var. tumida)为受体,通过连续回交,每世代的全部植株的花器均具有雄性不育特征。初步育成了榨菜胞质雄性不育系(F_1BC_4),其雄蕊无正常花药结构,整个雄蕊呈丝状或瓣状或羽毛状;部分雄蕊心皮化,部分雄蕊的基部或上中段囊状物中有发育不良的花粉粒,表面无正常花粉的网状雕纹;其自然结实力(13.1粒/果)和蜜腺数(3.5枚)接近保持系。榨菜胞质不育系基本上克服不育胞质供体存在的黄叶株,雌性功能障碍、蜜腺缺失、败蕾等现象,从而提高了繁殖能力,并在育种上有较高的利用价值。我们还讨论了芸薹属蔬菜雄性不育表现型的分类。 The original male-sterile was the intraspecific hybrid of Brassicajuncea×B. campestris ssp. pekinensis which was backcrossed with tuber mustard (B. juncea var. tumida) up to BC_4. Every generations were sterile with the characteristics of male-sterile, and F_1BC_4, a cytoplasmic male-sterile line (CMS) has been obtained. This CMS line is without anther stucture, and with silk-like, petaloid or pinnate stamen. Some stamen is carpellary. A few of pollen grains with lower vigor and without normal-external cell sructure were found in the saccate bugle of the stamen. The ability of seed setting (13.1seeds/silique) and the number of nectarys (3.5) of the CMS is close to that of the maintainer line. Some bad characteristics of original sterile such as yellow-leaf plant, lower ability of pistil and without nectary have been overcomed in F_1BC_4; the reproduction ability has increased. This CMS has high value in breeding. The classify of the expression of male-sterile in Brassica was also discussed.
