超声联合多普勒血流显像在急性附睾炎诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:探究高频超声联合彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI)诊断急性附睾炎的价值。方法:选取本院2018年2月-2020年10月诊治的高危疑似急性附睾炎患者100例为实验组,均接受高频超声扫描和彩色多普勒血流显像检查,对比单独高频超声、单独CDFI与高频超声联合CDFI对急性附睾炎的诊断效能,并选取50例健康志愿者为对照组,进行高频超声和CDFI检查,对比对照组与实验组中急性附睾炎患者的高频超声特征和血流信号指标。结果:高频超声联合CDFI的诊断准确率、诊断灵敏度和诊断特异度均比单独CDFI或单独高频超声的诊断效能更高,P<0.05;单独CDFI与单独高频超声的诊断效能比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;实验组中59例急性附睾炎患者的附睾头、附睾尾的宽度、厚度以及睾丸的长度、宽度、厚度均高于对照组健康志愿者,P<0.05;实验组患者附睾头、附睾尾、睾丸的血流速度均高于对照组,且阻力指数和搏动指数均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:高频超声联合CDFI诊断急性附睾炎的价值高,有助于早期检出急性附睾炎,指导临床治疗,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler blood flow imaging technology(CDFI)in the diagnosis of acute epididymitis.Methods:100 patients with acute epididyitis from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected,receiving high frequency ultrasound scan and color Doppler flow imaging,comparing the diagnostic efficacy of high frequency ultrasound and CDFI with CDFI,and 50 healthy volunteers were selected to conduct high frequency ultrasound and CDFI examination,high frequency ultrasound characteristics and blood flow signal indicators of acute epididymitis patients in the control group and the experimental group.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity of high frequency ultrasound and CDFI were higher than that of CDFI alone or high frequency ultrasound alone,P<0.05;There was no significant difference between the diagnostic efficacy of CDFI alone and frequency ultrasound alone,P>0.05;The width,thickness of the epididymal head and epididymal tail,length,width and thickness of the testis were higher in 59 patients with acute epididymitis in the experimental group than in healthy volunteers in the control group,P<0.05;The blood flow velocity of the epididymal head,epididymis tail and testis were higher than in the control group,And both the resistance and beat indexes were lower than the controls,P<0.05.Conclusion:The value of high frequency ultrasound and CDFI diagnosis is high,which contributes to the early detection of acute epididyitis,guiding clinical treatment and is worth promoting.
