摘要
目的分析超声引导下使用安珂真空辅助乳腺微创旋切术(EnCor-VABB)治疗乳腺良性肿块(BBL)的围术期护理价值。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月间入院治疗的BBL患者80例,根据随机数字表法进行分组,观察组40例,采取EnCor-VABB治疗联合围术期护理;对照组40例,采取EnCor-VABB治疗联合常规护理。对比2组护理效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的手术时间与住院时间均短于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论BBL患者接受EnCor-VABB治疗期间实行围术期护理可以缩短手术时间与住院时间,且安全性高,值得在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing value of EnCor VABB in the treatment of benign breast masses(BBL).Methods A total of 80 BBL patients admitted to the hospital between February 2020 and February 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,40 cases in the observation group were treated with EnCor-VABB combined with perioperative nursing;40 cases in the control group were treated with EnCor-VABB combined with conventional nursing.Compare the nursing effect index and the adverse reaction rate.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative care during the treatment of BBL patients with EnCor-VABB can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and has good safety and benefit.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
