摘要
新型职业农民作为农业与经济现代化发展接轨的产物,科技素质既是其核心素质,也是引领现代化农业发展和推进乡村振兴战略的关键。当前,我国科技精准供给驱动新型职业农民培育仍然存在科技能力与创新能力不适应高质量发展要求、乡村科技服务体系不完善、新型职业农民科技培训体系不健全等现实困境。针对这些困境,"将科技自立自强作为驱动新型职业农民培育的战略支撑""以农民为主体,健全乡村科技服务体系""创新和完善新型职业农民科技培训体系",从而精准化地提升新型职业农民科技素质。
As the product of the integration of agriculture and economic modernization,the scientific and technological quality of new professional farmers is not only their core quality,but also the key to leading the development of modern agriculture and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,There are still practical difficulties in the cultivation of new professional farmers in China driven by precise supply of science and technology,such as the low scientific and technological capacity and innovation capacity that can not meet the requirements of high-quality development,imperfect rural service system,and imperfect training system.In view of these difficulties,the scientific and technological quality of new professional farmers can be improved by“taking science and technology self-reliance and self-improvement as the strategic support to drive the cultivation of new professional farmers”,“taking farmers as the main body to improve the rural science and technology service system”,and“improving the science and technology training system of new professional farmers”.
