摘要
为探索工程项目管理沙盘模拟实训(PMST)的多元化教学方式,深化数字技术与实践教学的融合程度,完善大学生创新创业教育课程体系,文章对如何在实训中实现多元耦合教学进行了研究。将研究设想及教学设计方案在实训中应用,结果显示,多元耦合教学改革能更加有效地提升学生参与度,提高学生创新思维能力和工作创意。
In order to explore the diversified teaching methods of project management sand table simulation training(PMST),deepen the integration of digital technology and practical teaching,and improve the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,this paper studies how to realize multi-coupled teaching in practical training.The research ideas and teaching design schemes are applied to practical training,and the results show that the multi-coupled teaching reform can more effectively improve students’participation,innovative thinking ability and work creativity.
