摘要
为提升煤矿井下巷道顶板的稳定性,减少在矿压波动下的下沉量,提出了一种新的煤矿井下巷道顶板切顶卸压支护技术方案。该方案主要是在原先巷道顶板支护方式的基础上,增加了恒阻大变形锚索对顶板薄弱区域进行补强支护。根据实际应用表明,新的支护技术方案能够将顶板位移量降低约30.6%,将巷道两帮变形量降低69.5%,显著提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性。
In order to improve the stability of the roof of the underground coal mine tunnel and reduce the sinking amount under the fluctuation of mine pressure,a new roof cutting and pressure relief support technology of the underground coal mine tunnel is proposed,which is mainly based on the original roof support method of the tunnel and adds the constant resistance large deformation anchor cable to reinforce the weak area of the roof.According to the practical application,the new support technology can reduce the top slab sinkage by 30.6%and the deformation of both sides of the roadway by 69.5%,which can significantly improve the safety of coal mine comprehensive mining operation.
