摘要
目的:探究移植肾固定术对肾移植患者术后精索静脉血流动力学及精液质量的影响。方法:选取85例进行肾移植的男患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,其中对照组使用非移植肾固定术,研究组使用移植肾固定术。将两组治疗后的精索静脉血流动力学、精液质量及术后并发症进行对比。结果:术后,研究组患者精索静脉的内径小于对照组,反流时间短于对照组,患侧睾丸的体积大于对照组(P<0.05);术后,研究组患者精子存活率、活动力及密度均大于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)浓度小于对照组(P<0.05);术后,研究组精索静脉曲张及并发症的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:移植肾固定术对执行肾移植术的患者有很好的治疗效果,可减少精索静脉曲张与总并发症的发病率,改善精索静脉血流动力学,提高精液质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of renal transplantation fixation on the spermatic vein hemodynamics and semen quality of patients after renal transplantation.Methods:A total of 85 male patients undergoing renal transplantation were randomized into the study group and control group.The control group underwent non-renal transplantation fixation,while the study group received renal transplantation fixation.The spermatic vein hemodynamics,semen quality and postoperative complications of patients were compared between both groups after treatment.Results:After surgery,the inner diameter was smaller and the reflux time of the spermatic vein of the study group were shorter than those of control group,and the testicular volume of the affected side was larger than that of control group(P<0.05);the sperm survival rate,viability and density of the study group were higher than those of control group,while the concentration of nitric oxide(NO)was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence of varicocele and complications in the study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Renal transplantation fixation has good therapeutic effects on patients undergoing renal transplantation,which can reduce the incidence of varicocele and total complications,improve spermatic vein hemodynamics and enhance the semen quality of patients.
