高温工作环境对男性精液质量的可逆影响 被引量:2

The recoverable effects of high temperature working environment on male semen quality

摘要 目的探究高温工作环境对男性精液质量的影响及其可逆性。方法对2019年7月-2021年7月期间到联勤保障部队第904医院生殖中心进行孕前检查的患者进行问卷调查,以173例不曾在高温环境中工作的男性为对照组,以正长期处于高温工作环境中的85例男性为高温组,曾处于高温工作环境中现已脱离的37例男性为恢复组,比较以上三组男性年龄、精子浓度、精子总活动力、精子前向运动率、精子畸形率等精液参数。结果对照组、高温组和恢复组男性年龄分别为(31.98±5.20)、(32.21±5.36)、(32.14±4.25)岁,差异无统计学意义(F=0.06,P>0.05)。对照组、高温组和恢复组精子浓度分别为(58.11±2.45)×10^(6)∕mL、(35.26±2.93)×10^(6)∕mL、(51.01±3.75)×10^(6)∕mL,差异有统计学意义(F=16.81,P<0.05);精子总活动力分别为(58.37±1.12)%、(44.30±2.49)%、(53.57±3.16)%,差异有统计学意义(F=17.33,P<0.05);精子前向运动率分别为(39.30±1.11)%、(25.32±1.94)%、(32.89±2.63)%,差异有统计学意义(F=22.66,P<0.05);精子畸形率分别为(87.80±0.33)%、(91.67±0.43)%、(88.96±0.83)%,差异有统计学意义(F=23.02,P<0.05)。结论高温工作环境对男性精液质量有可逆的不利影响,是男性生育力的不利因素。 Objective To explore the influence of high temperature working environment on male semen quality,and whether it was reversible.Methods Patients attending pre-pregnancy examinations at the Reproductive Center in our Hospital during July 2019 to July 2021 were surveyed with a questionnaire,173 males who had never worked in a high temperature environment were selected as the control group,85 males who were working in high temperature environment for a long time as the high temperature group,and 37 males who had been in the high temperature working environment and had been released as the recovery group.The age and semen main parameters such as sperm concentrations,total sperm motility,sperm forward motility rate,sperm deformity rate were compared among the above three groups.Results The average ages in the control group,the high temperature group and the recovery group were(31.98±5.20),(32.21±5.36),and(32.14±4.25)years old,respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant(F=0.06,P>0.05).The sperm concentrations in the control group,the high temperature group and the recovery group were(58.11±2.45)×10^(6)∕mL,(35.26±2.93)×10^(6)∕mL,and(51.01±3.75)×10^(6)∕mL,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(F=16.81,P<0.05).The total sperm motilities of the control group,the high temperature group and the recovery group were(58.37±1.12)%,(44.30±2.49)%,and(53.57±3.16)%,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(F=17.33,P<0.05);the sperm forward motility rates of the three groups were(39.30±1.11)%,(25.32±1.94)%,and(32.89±2.63)%,respectively,with significant differences(F=22.66,P<0.05);the sperm deformity rates of the three groups were(87.80±0.33)%,(91.67±0.43)%,and(88.96±0.83)%,respectively,with significant differences(F=23.02,P<0.05).Conclusions The high temperature working environment had a reversible adverse effect on the quality of male semen,which was an unfavorable factor of male fertility.
