摘要
目的:探讨血清T淋巴细胞亚群在带状疱疹患者中的水平及与后遗神经痛的相关性研究。方法:选取2016年4月—2019年4月福建医科大学附属三明第一医院收治的64例带状疱疹患者作为研究组,选取同期64例健康体检者作为对照组。分析两组T细胞亚群水平、研究组不同疼痛程度对应T淋巴细胞亚群水平、血清疼痛介质与免疫蛋白水平相关性,探究血清T淋巴细胞亚群与后遗神经痛的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,研究组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)和CD8^(+)水平更低,差异有统计学意义(t=14.521、16.824、13.721,P<0.05);与轻度疼痛患者比较,中重度疼痛患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平更低,差异有统计学意义(t=-14.042、-13.685、-15.412,P<0.05);血清疼痛介质与NT水平呈负相关性,与VGF、CGRP水平呈正相关性。结论:血清T淋巴细胞亚群在带状疱疹患者中水平较低,且患者存在T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱现象,T淋巴细胞亚群水平与带状疱疹疾病存在明显相关性。研究为患者临床治疗提供更有效的理论依据,有利于治疗措施的制定和有效率的提升。
Objective:To investigate the level of serum T lymphocyte subsets in patients with herpes zoster and its correlation with postharpal neuralgia.Methods:64 cases of herpes zoster admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the study group,and 64 cases of healthy physical examinees were selected as the control group.The levels of T cell subsets in the two groups,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets corresponding to different pain degrees in the study group,and the correlation between serum pain mediators and immune protein levels were analyzed to explore the correlation between serum T lymphocyte subsets and afterneuropathic pain.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+) and CD8^(+) were lower in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.521,16.824,13.721,P<0.05).Compared with patients with mild pain,T lymphocyte subsets were lower in patients with moderate and severe pain,the difference was statistically significant(t=-14.042,-13.685,-15.412,P<0.05).The serum pain mediators were negatively correlated with NT levels,but positively correlated with VGF and CGRP levels.Conclusion:The level of serum T lymphocyte subsets is low in patients with shingles,and there is a disorder of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with shingles.There is a significant correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and the disease of shingles.The study can provide more effective theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of patients,and is conducive to the formulation of treatment measures and the improvement of efficiency.
