摘要
针对共享汽车发展混乱、接受率低等问题,以共享汽车企业为对象,基于卢因行为模型,从出行者感知的角度将共享汽车服务模式分为车辆要素和运营要素;利用网络调查、电话访问等多种手段,获取了共享汽车企业服务模式要素现状数据;通过关联规则学习算法,寻找共享汽车运营要素关联度较高的车辆要素,辨别了共享汽车服务模式;从不同服务模式类别的共同特征和不同特征角度,提出了若干积极发展共享汽车的启示性建议。
Aim at the problem of chaotic development and low acceptance rate of car-sharing,car-sharing enterprises were taken as the object,and the car-sharing service mode were divided into vehicle factors and operation factors from the perspective of traveler perception based on the Lewin metal of behavior.The actual data of service mode factors of the car-sharing enterprise were obtained through web inquiry,telephone interview and other means.By using association rule learning algorithm,the vehicle elements with high correlation degree of operation elements were found,and then the car-sharing service mode was identified.From the perspective of the common characteristics and different characteristics of different service modes,some enlightening suggestions on the active development of car-sharing were proposed.
