摘要
回弹是高强钢板冲压过程中非常严重的一种成型缺陷。在相关研究中,提升高强钢板成型质量,提高回弹预测精度并控制回弹量以期达到实际使用要求一直是国内外学者致力研究的方向。基于此,重点从理论研究、试验研究以及数值模拟3个方面总结之前的研究成果,为将来的回弹研究提供参考。
Springback is a very serious forming defect in the stamping process of high strength steel plate.In order to improve the forming quality of high-strength steel plate,improve the springback prediction accuracy and control the springback in order to meet the actual application requirements,scholars at home and abroad have been committed to the research direction.This paper summarizes the previous research results from three aspects:theoretical research,experimental research and numerical simulation,so as to provide a reference for the springback research in the future.
