摘要
本文以5182铝板为研究对象,制备了双桥剪切试样,介绍了基于在线测量的角度采集方法,通过面内扭转试验获取了扭矩值-扭转角曲线,对剪切带应变分布不均匀现象进行了分析,通过正向计算方法初步获得了5182材料的应力-应变数据。通过面内扭转循环加载试验,得到了扭矩值-扭转角曲线,并通过正向计算得到了循环加载应力-应变曲线,观察到了铝板的包申格效应。
This paper takes 5182 aluminum plate as the research object,prepares double-bridge shear specimens,introduces the angle acquisition method based on online measurement,and obtains the torque value-torsion angle curve through in-plane torsion test and analyzes the strain maldistribution phenomenon of shear band.The stress-strain data of 5182 material are obtained through forward calculation method.Through the in-plane torsion cyclic loading test,the torque value-torsion angle curve is obtained,and the cyclic loading stress-strain curve is obtained by forward calculation,and the Bauschinger effect of the aluminum plate is observed.
