高速芯片分选多工位转盘的疲劳寿命预测

摘要 多工位转盘是转盘式芯片分选设备中的关键部件,其间歇式高速启停转动所引发的惯性力会在转盘支撑臂的根部产生交变循环应力。由于转盘式芯片分选设备分选效率要求达到很高,进而要求转盘启停速度很快,间歇式转动频率很高,该工况下就需要转盘具有很高的抗疲劳寿命。首先对高速转盘工作状况和间歇式转动所产生的惯性力做了分析,然后通过静力学分析方法和Ansys有限元软件疲劳分析工具,分别计算转盘支撑臂所承受的交变应力,进而计算和分析转盘支撑臂的疲劳极限安全因子。通过分析表明,多工位转盘具有超过于2.6×10^(9)次循环次数的极限疲劳寿命,可以满足分选设备长时间高频率的生产要求。 The multi-station turntable is a key component of the rotary chip sorting equipment.The inertial force caused by its intermittent high-speed start-stop rotation will generate alternating cyclic stress at the root of the turntable support arm.Due to the high sorting efficiency of the rotary chip sorting equipment,the turntable is required to start and stop quickly,and the frequency of intermittent rotation is very high.Under such working conditions,the turntable should have a high fatigue life.First,the working conditions of the high-speed turntable and the inertial force generated by the intermittent rotation were analyzed,and then the alternating stress of the turntable support arm was calculated through the static analysis method and the fatigue analysis tool of Ansys finite element software.After that the fatigue ultimate limit safety factor of the turntable support arm was also calculated.The analysis shows that themulti-station turntable has a fatigue limit life exceeding the 2.6×10^(9) cycles,which can meet the long-term and high-frequency production requirements of the sorting equipment.
