摘要
以发电机转子支架的结构为研究对象,基于机械结构优化理论、方法和有限元方法,用ANSYS软件对发电机转子支架结构进行了静态分析和模态分析;提出4种转子支架结构方案,通过比较各方案的强度及静、动态刚度,找出其中转子支架的最优方案结构;分析结果表明,通过改进的转子支架方案3的结构的机械强度和刚度性能都有所提高;本文所采用的方法也为复杂机械结构的优化设计提出了科学有效的途径。
Based on structure optimization method and Finite Element Method (FEM), the structures of dynamotor rotor spider are analyzed by static and modal analysis method with ANSYS. Four structures projects of rotor spider are proposed and the most optimized structure is found out through comparison of their strength and static/dynamic stiffness. The analysis result shows that the third structure project of rotor spider has a better mechanical strength and stiffness than others. The method of the paper is also an example for the effective design of the complex mechanical structure.
