摘要
根据“创新创业”教育的要求,《花卉装饰技术》课程对应的工作岗位和职业,采用“导师+项目+团队”的创新创业课题体系,主要围绕花艺行业典型工作项目,依据任务驱动模式构建课程内容,以中式插花、西式插花、礼仪插花、干花系列作品创作4个核心模块进行课程规划,增加创业教育和花店经营内容,凸显以培养学生的动手能力、创新创业能力为核心的教学宗旨,培养学生具备各种类型花艺作品制作技能,突出花艺设计应用创新创业能力。
According to the requirements of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education,the jobs and occupations corresponding to the course Flower Decoration Technology adopt the innovation and entrepreneurship subject system of"Tutor+Project+Team".The course content is mainly constructed around the typical work projects in the flower industry based on the task-driven model.The course planning is carried out with four core modules of Chinese flower arrangement,western flower arrangement,etiquette flower arrangement and dry flower series creation.The content of entrepreneurship education and flower shop management is increased.The teaching purpose is highlighted with the cultivation of students’practical ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the core.The students are trained to have the production skills of various types of flower works,and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of flower design application is highlighted.
