摘要
以健康德州驴肠道内容物为样品,筛选驴源乳酸细菌。经形态学观察、分子生物学手段对菌种进行鉴定,并对筛选菌种的安全性能、生长特性、产酸性能、产酶性能、耐受性能及抑菌特性等进行初步研究。结果显示,本研究成功分离获得一株驴源乳酸细菌,经鉴定为屎肠球菌,编号HR-03;安全性试验表明,屎肠球菌HR-03不产生溶血圈,无潜在致病性;该菌株还表现出良好的耐酸和耐胆盐性能,且能够抑制致病性大肠杆菌生长。结果提示,屎肠球菌HR-03具有优良的生物学特性,可作为后续开发驴源益生菌制剂的候选菌种。
The study used the intestinal contents of healthy Dezhou donkeys as the source of lactic acid bacteria.The screened strains were identified through morphological observation and molecular biology methods,and their safety,growth characteristics,acid production performance,enzyme production performance,tolerance capacity and antibacterial properties were also studied.The results showed that a lactic acid bacterium was isolated in this study,which was identified as Enterococcus faecium,named HR-03;safety tests showed that E.faecium HR-03 did not produce a hemolytic zone and had no potential pathogenicity;the strain also exhibits good acid resistance and bile salt resistance,and can inhibit the growth of pathogenic Escherichia coli,has excellent biological characteristics,and can be used as candidate strain for the subsequent development of probiotic preparations for donkeys.
