摘要
开关柜长期发热对其绝缘强度与使用寿命有很大影响,其内部结构复杂,测温设备不能精确监测各部分温升状态。为了更好地控制发热,探究自然对流条件下开关柜内部温度分布规律,采用有限元分析法,将某型号开关柜三维模型进行电磁场-温度场的耦合仿真计算,使发热量的计算结果更加精确,分别得到稳态与瞬态情况下的温度分布云图,温升仿真结果与温升实验的数值误差不超过6%,验证了仿真计算的准确性,为开关柜后续优化设计提供了理论依据。并设置通过不同运行条件,探究了环境温度、负载电流、接触电阻等因素对开关柜发热的影响,深入探究开关柜内部温度分布规律。
The long-term heating of the switchgear has a great influence on its insulation strength and service life.Its internal structure is complicated,and the temperature measurement equipment cannot accurately monitor the temperature rise state of each part.In order to better control the heat generation,the internal temperature distribution of the switchgear under natural convection conditions is explored,and the finite element analysis method is used to carry out the electromagnetic field-temperature field coupling simulation calculation of the three-dimensional model of a certain type of switchgear,so that the calculation result of the heating value is more accurate,The temperature distribution cloud diagrams under steady state and transient state are obtained respectively,and the numerical error between the temperature rise simulation results and the temperature rise experiment does not exceed 6%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation calculation and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization design of the switchgear.And set through different operating conditions,explore the influence of factors such as ambient temperature,load current,contact resistance,etc.on the heating of the switchgear,and deeply explore the internal temperature distribution law of the switchgear.
