摘要
党的十八大以来,高校党的建设不断加强,基层党组织的组织力有了明显提升。随着全面从严治党的深入推进和高校实现高质量发展的需要,进一步提升高校基层党组织的组织力十分迫切。当前,高校基层党组织的领导力、凝聚力、向心力和战斗力还不够强,在进一步加强标准化建设的同时,要以改革创新求突破,强化日常教育管理和监督制约,以组织力的提升助力全面从严治党不断深化。
Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,party building in higher educational institutions has been continuously strengthened,and the grass-root level organizational strength has been significantly improved.With the in-depth advancement of comprehensive and strict governance of the party and the need for high-quality development in higher educational institutions,it is very urgent to further enhance the organizational strength of the grass-root level party organizations.Presently the leadership,cohesion,centripetal force and combat effectiveness of grass-root party organizations in higher educational institutions are not strong enough.While further strengthening the standardization construction,it needs to seek breakthrough through reform and innovation,strengthen daily education management and supervision and control,and improve organizational strength to promote deepening of comprehensive and strict governance of the party.
