摘要
高校基层党组织是党开展高校全部工作和党的战斗力的基础,要充分认识全面从严治党对加强和改进高校基层党组织建设的重大意义,将全面从严治党和立德树人根本任务紧密结合,通过全面履行主体责任、强化思想理论武装、不断夯实基层基础等途径,不断强化高校党的基层组织政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。
The basic party organization in colleges is the base of whole work and combat effectiveness of the Party in colleges. We must realize the great significance of strengthening and improvement of college＇s basic Party organization construction by goveming the Party strictly and comprehensively, and combine the goveming and the basic tasks of moral- ity education closely. To constantly strengthen and improve the construction of college＇ s basic Party organization by carrying out principle part＇s duty, strengthening ideological theory and consolidatingbasic organizations will ensure that it can play a powerful role of political core and fighting bastion in colleges.
