包钢7~#、8~#高炉煤气放散点火系统改造 被引量:1

摘要 包钢原有高、焦炉煤气放散系统由于受到伴烧煤气品质、气候、设备等诸多原因影响,存在因伴随火焰熄火煤气直接放散现象,造成大气污染甚至会引发中毒事故。使用直燃式点火装置对我公司放散塔进行改造,利用自身放散的煤气在电梯(态变)电弧激发和催化剂作用下产生足够大的点火和伴烧火焰,使放散的煤气充分燃烧排放,设备运行稳定性高,能够安全可靠地实现点火后放散,节约大量燃料气成本和维护费用。 Since the original emission system for blast furnace gas and coke oven gas of Baotou Steel was affected by such factors as the quality of ignition gas, climate and equipment, gas was directly emitted due to extinction of accompanying flame so as to cause the air pollutions even poisoning accidents. The emitted gas is burnt and emitted fully with the sufficiently large ignition and accompanying flame generated by the stimulation of step electric arc and reaction of catalyst to self-emitted gas through improving the emission tower of our company with the direct- fired ignition device. As a result, the stability of equipment operation is good, emission after ignition is safe and reliable as well as a lot of fuel gas cost and maintenance charge are saved.
