基于单压电变形镜的平顶光束整形研究 被引量:1

Flat-top beam shaping using unimorph deformable mirrors

摘要 针对光束整形问题,本文提出了一个基于单压电变形镜的方法和相关的搜索算法,用于整形出不同形状和不同尺寸的平顶光束.利用随机并行梯度下降算法找到平顶光束整形所需的调制相位,控制变形镜重构光斑对应的调制相位,实现对不同形状、不同尺寸平顶光束的整形.结果表明:所生成的圆形、方形平顶光束质量较高,且对不同尺寸(0.25、0.30、0.35、0.40 mm)的圆形、方形平顶光束均有较好的整形效果. For beam shaping problem,a unimorph deformable mirror method and a search algorithm are proposed to realize the shaping of flat-top beams in different shapes and sizes.The random parallel gradient descent algorithm is used to find the modulation phase required for flat-top beam shaping,and the deformable mirror is further controlled to reconstruct the corresponding modulation phase of the spot,which realizes the shaping of flat-top beams of different shapes and sizes.The experimental results show that the generated round and square flat-top beams are of high quality and have good shaping effects on round and square flat-top beams of different sizes(0.25,0.30,0.35,0.40 mm).
