摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月于本计划生育服务中心就诊的慢性宫颈炎患者74例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例,观察组实施针对性护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者护理后生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组护理后生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后满意度94.59%,高于对照组75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床将针对性护理应用在慢性宫颈炎患者的护理中,可以有效提升患者整体生活质量,提升患者的满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in this family planning service center from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The observation group received targeted nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 75.68%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic cervicitis can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patients and improve patient satisfaction.It is worth recommending.
