摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月广东省第二中医院诊治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行针对性护理,比较两组护理总满意率、负面情绪、生活质量。结果研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于慢性宫颈炎能够提高护理总满意率,缓解负面情绪,改善生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing.The total satisfaction rate of nursing,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in chronic cervicitis can improve the total satisfaction rate of nursing,relieve negative emotions and increase the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
