摘要
以《四物汤对血虚证的作用和机制研究》为例,对中医药院校机能实验学虚拟仿真创新实验项目的设计与探索进行了系统的介绍。该项目融合了案例式、基于问题的学导式以及自主学习式等多元教学方法,由临床诊断与治疗、四物汤对血虚证的作用机制探究、拓展实验3个模块构成,项目实施的反馈意见表明其可以推动学生"基础与临床"和"中医与西医"知识的融合,有助于培养学生分析解决问题的能力以及科学研究的素养。为对标"两性一度",进行具有中医药特色的虚拟仿真创新实验项目的开发提供参考和思路。
This paper took "Effects and mechanism of Siwu Decoction on blood-deficiency pattern"as an example to introduce the design and exploration of visual simulation innovative experimental project in TCM colleges and universities. The project,integrating such multiple teaching methods as case-based teaching,problem-based learning and autonomous learning,was composed of three modules: clinical diagnosis and treatment,mechanism of Siwu Decoction on blood-deficiency pattern,and the expanding experiments. The implementation of the program showed that it could help students promote the integration of basic with clinical knowledge as well as integration of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine,and cultivate ability to analyze and solve problems as well as scientific research literacy. These experiences and findings could provide references for the exploitation of the innovative virtual simulation experimental project.
